Accident Avoidance

About This Course

This course emphasizes the skills necessary to avoid becoming a statistic on the highway. Students will learn about vehicle dynamics, weight transfer, recognizing and correcting over-steer and under-steer, proper braking, proper vehicle handling, off road recovery, accident avoidance, backing techniques, and managing response to emergencies. Class is composed of mostly on the track driving as opposed to the classroom. All drivers from the inexperienced to the experienced will benefit from this course.

  • Skill prerequisites
  • Active law enforcement/military identification and a valid driver's license.

    Personal security professionals and at-risk person may be considered for the course.

    A variety of meal options can be purchased directly from our on-site dining facility for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
